Problem with MSVCRT.DLL in photoshop

launching Adobe certains I _except_handler4_common the following message is missing the dll MSVCRT, if I close this window the program starts normally. I tried to change this dll in the directory of photoshop but the message is the same ...

what to do ...?

Msvcrt.dll must be present in every program that uses it?
Can I delete all my program directory and keep only one of system32?

decompress the file for this mscvrt.zip right click and choose extract here, you will get: mscvrt.dll

Restart in Safe mode
(at startup tap the F8 key immediately), then you will see a screen with a choice of starts:
choose Safe Mode with the arrow keys, then valid input.
Choose your usual account

mscvrt.dll right click and select copy then go to:

C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 right click and choose Paste
