Help with quicktime-itunes windows xp

Hi i accidently deleted quicktime and removed it from my computer, i looked in recycle bin but it did not show. I need it to run itunes and i reinstalled itunes, i even went to apple.com and downloaded quicktime and itunes but still does not work..., plz help , thanks for your time and consideration.
