Problem while attaching a file to Outlook

Hi friends,

I am facing an issue with my Outlook,whenever i am trying to attach any file in my Outlook it gets freeze up and i am facing this issue from a few days only.Early everything was working fine, can anyone tell me what the issue with my outlook or direct me what steps i need to follow for fixing this issue.

Sure i will help you out with this may i know from are you attaching your files is it located at C: Drive or it's on the network.

PC Configuration

Amd 9550
Gigabyte 780 with Intel Chipset
1gb RAM
Radeon 9200
160gb HDD

My files are on the network shared drive.

There are many reason try to follow the few steps and hope it works for you.

1. Click on the Tools menu and select Disconnect Network Drive.If it is invisible press the ALT key to make it visible.
   
2. Try to clear the Internet Explorer history by going to Control Panel- - > Internet Options and on the General tab you can empty your browsing history

This would be the minor issue because of which you are facing issue while attaching a file.
