Error code 800448820 while connecting windows live messenger

I also tried to disable my antivirus (avast!) And my firewall but the problem persists. I also restored my system, but still the same concern. In Internet Explorer go to: Tools> Internet Options> Advanced
Then click Reset wait ... the process is complete and restart Internet Explorer.
