Startup screen in Windows Mail

i am using Vista Home Premium SP1 .When Microsoft Mail starts on my computer it sometimes takes more than 1 min for starting the Microsoft Mail screen to disappear and normal email becomes available. During this time period the computer is, according to the CPU usage indicators, doing a large amount of calculating.can any one tell me how can i reduce this time also please tell me is there way to disable that starting the Mail screen? thank you

use registry to change the boot screen of Windows Mail away.

Go to the Start menu and type "regedit" in search. Enter below. If you have classic start menu go to "run", type "regedit" and enter it.
Go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Microsoft / Windows Mail"
Click with your right mouse button in the right window and go through "new" to "DWORD (32-bit) Value. Give the new DWORD key named "NoSplash.
Right-click this key and click on "Edit". Enter the value to "1".
Close the register window now
