ITunes doesn't works user account but works with admin account

My ITunes doesn't work under a user account or guest account . It works fine under admin account, why so? any solution ?

Try reinstalling ITunes . It should work my works fine.

Have you tried by installing with user account If you can't install it in the user account, you can try:

Type cmd in the Start Search box above the Start Orb. When cmd.exe appears at the top of the Start Menu, right click on it and select "Run as Administrator"
(elevated command prompt).

Type:

regsvr32 vbscript.dll

(note the space between 32 and vb)

and press Enter. Then try installing iTunes again.
