Exit Code 0x000003f5 Internet Explorer Error

Hello, I am Facing Some problems Regarding the Installtion new IE8 Beta 2. So When I tried to follow the instructions of the Microsoft Help and Support Center but the proposed steps didn't work. However After sometime finally I got Internet Explorer 8 installed. Although Previously I had Internt Explorer8 Beta 1 installed. But the Beta 2 setup failed and IE6 was restored. I tried the setup again, but it still didn't work. Then I tried to install IE7. Didn't work as well. Had to use IE6!

So When I opened the ie8_main.log and the ie7_main.log. Both told me this:

01:06.765: ERROR: |Inst. IE >>> Internet Explorer installation
completed with errors, exitresult=0x00000000, exitcode=0x000003f5

Please Help Me Solve This Problem. Thanks In Advance

Hello I also had exactly the same problems, and after uninstalling Adobe Reader 9 it worked fine.I dunno what was the problem butMy problem is solved and I wonder there might be some incompatibility the Adobe reader and Internet explorer

Try Adobe Acrobat Reader v8.1.2 Security Update 1 http://www.adobe.com/support/downloa...jsp?ftpID=3967 It might have Fixed this issue or use alternate to Adobe Alternate (free) PDF reader: http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php

Hello , I has the same problem while updated IE8beta2 to IE8RC1 Deinstalling of Adobe Reader 9 didn't help me I looked in to IE8.log and obtaned error to access in to registry HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{34A715A0-6587-11D0-924A-0020AFC7AC4D} I don't know why, but access rights to this section was limited to administrators - only read. I add full rights to administrators on this section and problem solved.
