I have a bunch of pictures that have the extension .jpg.nco and I can't view them. They seem to be Nero extension of some type.I loaded the latest Nero 7 and still can view them. What can I use to view them?

Hi,
Go toand download the program. When you have finished converting, remember to "Save as" and select the file format you wanted to see your picture, and if I am not mistaking then it would be a word file with the pictures in it.

OK, no worries.
Those are created by Nero’s digital media suite as compressed backup files. If you right-click the file and choose "Open with Nero BackItUp Restore" you should receive a "Save as..." prompt from which you can save the file uncompressed and with its normal extension in whichever location you choose.
What I'm saying is, you can choose the original extension there and then reopen it.
These are the Nero backup files. If you have Nero 7 installed, you should be able to use the Restore command to open them. otherwise Right click the file and choose Open with Nero BackItUp Restore Save As dialog should open You can save as normal file extension and uncompressed the same file.
you can also download the Nero Backitup updates and user manuals from here:
