Cannot install any OpenType font files

Hello Friends,

I tried to install open type fonts on my system, but failed. Can anybody tel me, how to install it?

Installing Open Type Fonts in Windows:

• Press Start
• Control Panel
• Double-click the Fonts folder
• Select File
• Install New Font
• Select the Driver and Folder list you want to install
• Check the 'Copy fonts to the Fonts folder' box is ticked.
• Click OK to install the fonts.

Font installation in MAC OS:

Font installation on Mac is a simple drag and drop operation.

• Make sure you have Adobe Type Manager (ATM )installed.
• Close any open applications before installing fonts.
• Open the folder with fonts to install.
• Select font suitcases and PostScript printer files for the fonts you want to install.
• Drag the selection onto the closed System Fonts folder icon.
• Click OK to complete installation.
