While officially, the last official drivers for GeForce graphics cards NVIDIA is 181.22, the firm's chameleon has just put online a beta version of the forthcoming version of its software. No explanation is given of the changes in funding, but these new drivers, stamped 182.05, are expected to provide significant performance improvements with several recent titles.

NVIDIA recommends these drivers for the amateurs of FEAR 2: Project Origin, and designates them as an improvement of up to 8% for Fallout 3 at high resolutions, 9% with Half-Life 2, or 11% with Left 4 Dead, again for players who combine high resolution and use of advanced antialiasing filters.

These future drivers also provide full support for OpenGL 3.0 GPU for GeForce 8 series, 9 and 200, and an update component PhysX, which is now in version 9.09.0203. You Can access the software download for Windows XP or Vista, in 32 and 64 bits, from this page. To the extent that it is only a beta version, installation is recommended as amateurs.
