Bandwidth monitor

I have 2 computers at home, connected through a D-Link router.i have limited downloading internet plan which sometimes go over limit since we all use the computers.Is there anything I can install to monitor bandwidth on computers? which will help me to observe downloading. Any solutions please provide me.

install it and select bypass mode in one of your computer.
