    i have a security question

my kid has her own laptop with windows xp sp3. I have family safetly installed. My kid was able to sign up for another windows live account and was able to change her .net passport setting on her computer from the user accounts on the laptop i do have her set up for a limited account but she was able to change it anyway. i need to know what i can do to block this and how to do it. for example like a group policy change or something without havin to install something else thats gonna garbble up her computer. sorry for the multi post on this thread there seems to be a database error on this site and idk how to remove it
