Just found this forum, and I'm REALLY hoping you kind folks can help me.
I'm running WinXP Pro SP3 with a WD 80 GB external drive.
For months I have been making daily backups of my Outlook 2003 PST file (learned this lesson the hard way) to the WD drive - J:/. For some unknown reason, the drive letter spontaneously changed to K:/ so that the backup couldn't complete. No problem, I thought - I changed the backup options to the new drive letter K:/. However, now when the backup kicks in, I get the message to Insert disk in Drive J:/ and also this Windows-No Disk error: Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c
I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the WD drive - no change.
I've made no major system changes, just normal Windows updates and one QuickTime update - but I've since uninstalled QuickTime altogether thinking this might be the cause. It didn't help. I'm also running Norton Internet Security 2009.
Any ideas? I'm starting to worry b/c I can't do my backups.
Thanks much,
KG
