Converting Mpeg 4 in Mpeg 3

I would like to know if there is a software that allows me to convert MPEG 4 to MPEG 3 to read my audio and video files on a drive that does not read MPEG 4. Thank you

How to convert a file?

A file from your computer: click Browse and select the file, select input format (file format), the output format (the format) and click Convert.
