Windows Mail Backup

hello i am using Windows 7 Mail email client which is a evolution of Outlook Express and is only available with Windows Vista.i do have alternative for that but i love to use this default vista mail. now i want to know is there useful application out for windows mail user for backup and managing purpose also any way to do this please4 reply here.thank you.
