Nero 9 : Unable to access shell manager

Here I would like to know if anybody has already met with the same problem as me:

When installing Nero 9 (on a windows server 2003),

unable to access shell manager

Anybody there have solution for me?

I have exactly the same problem with Nero 9 (latest version). I have a Vista Home Premium 32-bit, and I bought this application yesterday and since then I've been juggling around with the way to install it on my computer. Fat chance! Same message each time I tried to redownload, even after using "Nero General Clean Tool"

This might be the solution to your problem:

You simply install Nero when connected directly to the machine (in front of the screen) and not via a remote connection over the network or Internet. not by connecting to the unit via Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection.
