Uninstalled and Install a Program

One of my program file was corrupted, so I uninstalled the program with the add/remove program with the window program. I re-installed the program again but it stopped with errors and cannot proceed on. How do I remove any of the files that may hindering the installation of the program again?

Any advices are very much appreciated. Thanks
