    Norton 360 update problem

    Hi,
    I have purchased Norton 360.
    The problem is when i click update button it starts & then gives me an error message "COHRER~1.EXE - Illegal System DLL Relocation"
    What is this?
    I don't know what is DLL? Please help.

    my norton 360 cant even be updated via my http proxy...ealeier version works fine.bu thie new one cant update even if i put proxy settings...caled norton no reply as yet....its a bug i think

    i also need your help with live update on norton 360 because it always says that it can not connect to the live update server. I also need help setting up back up because it wont allow me to connect to my online account.

    I suggest you to uninstall LiveUpdate from Add/Remove programs. Then you can reinstall LiveUpdate from LiveUpdate . If you are unable to see LiveUpdate in Add/Remove programs, you can directly install LiveUpdate from the link provided. This solution is applicable to NIS also.
