Windows Vista Dvd Burning Software needed

Well I am happy to inform that My vista is running very very smoothly, Now i am looking for a dvd burning software. I know that there's a built in one, but I want something to burn data dvds and from what I have read online Nero 7 doesn't install properly. So I am wondering if any1 has any recommendations for Vista compatible Dvd burning software.

    Any Help is appreciated.

Have tried roxio 8.0 installs and has limited functionality, update to 8.05 causes major problems. Good news is that some other progs work dvdshrink etc.

Haven't tried nero 6 yet may try it kinda gun shy still trying to work out bug from nero 7 install.

Re: Windows Vista Dvd Burning Software needed

Discovered my Nero6 software won't work with Vista. I need to copy a DVD my brother burned for me of HBO's True Blood-- second half of the first season. I suppose I could just watch in on my computer but it's not the same, y'know?

I haven't tried Nero 7 although we have a buttload of them laying around the shop. Anybody know whether that works? Or any other ideas for a good free utility for copying DVDs. How about DVDShrink? does it work with Vista? Just happened to think of it.

I'm so bummed because I accidentally blew away my XP install along with all my dvd conversion software like DVD Santa, which I paid for and cannot prove because I have no idea where the receipt is on my computer. For all I know I blew it away with that also.
