    Office 2007 outlook e-mail restrictions

When I receive a e-mail from anyone with a link and try to access the link, I get this message - this operation has been cancelled due to restriction in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. - This is a home computer, there is no system administrator. I must have changed a setting, but I have tried for 2 days to find the problen, no luck!!!

Could you PLEASE tell me what & where I made this change...thank you --
