startup issue: 3 minutes on the BIOS

Have you checked that your hard disk is the first medium in which boot?
Also, perhaps an update of your bios solve the problem.

remove all external hard drive and USB key: it normally boot!

I will try disconnecting the external hard drive before booting, and if it does not I will try updating the BIOS.
