    Stop: 0x0000007B (0xF789E63C, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) Error

I received this error after I shut my computer improperly (turning the outlet off rather than shutting it down through the menu). It's a Dell Dimension 9100 by the way. I wasn't trying to install anything new. Safe mode doesn't work and when I try to reinstall Windows XP, the disc tells me that no hard drive is detected. So I removed all my hard drives (SATA) and tried installing Windows on them in a different computer. It worked perfectly. I put back my factory installed video cards and RAM, but it still doesn't work. A friend told me it might be a motherboard/chip issue. Should I go out and buy a new motherboard just to test it? Any other suggestions? What are the possibilities?

By the way, how would I get a floppy with SATA drivers? Should I ask Dell (company I bought it from)? I think that may have been an issue, but I don't think I removed any of my drivers.
