Weird MSN Error Message

Here is the error message when I click on the little green man (MSN) in my task bar:

procedure entry point IsThreadDesktopComposited could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.DLL

then, after you click "OK" my MSN window opens ...

user32.dll download here and win + r with your keyboard, and copy it: c: \ Windows \ System32 presses entered and made a copy and paste the dll file

After downloading the dll, then you open the System32 folder here is the message I want to copy the dll in:

user32 impossible to move a file with that name already exists. specify a different name.

then after I decide to rename user32.dll (the one in the System32 folder) in lol.dll ... though I do user32.dll file (the original one that come from the website) and I have an error message that tells me that this file already exists so I rename it to lol2.dll then I met in the system32.dll

result I find myself a time or I'm writing this, with more than APPOINT user32.dll file in my system32 folder file but two lol.dll and lol2.dll
