    problem with the value RUN

    hello,

I just formatted my computer so I reinstall Windows XP, or, since I can not install a certain software such as adobe, kaspersky, nero, it comes an error message saying I can not open these files because I do not have the key RUN.

    What do I do?
    thank you for your help

    yes of course
    Here is the message:

    impossible to open key

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE / Microsoft / Windows / CurrentVersion / run.

Make sure you have sufficient rights to this key.

Then "Start" and "Run" and type "regedit" in the fields. Click OK.
    Give yourself to the key:
    Code:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE / Microsoft / Windows / CurrentVersion / run.
Make a right click it and click "Allow", add your user name from the list if not especially gives you full control. Click OK.
    Reboot your PC.

However strange it on a PC newly reinstalled, you're sure you do not have antivirus or a firewall that would deal with this ?
