Access 97 to Access 2000 conversion

    Hi
I created databases with Access 97 ... Now that I have Access 2000, I converted a bdd in this version. The conversion is going well, but when an opening the following message appears that keeps me from going further: "Left undefined function in"
What's that? what i have to do?
    Thank you in advance

    Hello,

It is certainly a problem of reference.
Go to the VBA editor (Alt + F11), Tools menu ==> References.
If possible, starting in version 97 to see which are checked.
Then in 2000, see if some are marked missing.
Reorder the references to the project in the correct version (eg Microsoft 9.0 Object Library), and references simply uncheck "exotic" which would have added to the project.

    Hello,

May be trying to select a module and click edit, this should allow you to display the editor.

Otherwise, after you convert your basic 2000 version, can you go to the publisher?

Re: Access 97 to Access 2000 conversion

Thank you for your answers, they have been successful because it has solved my problem. The concern was well within the VBA editor, a reference has evolved between A97 and A2000: "MS DAO 3.5 Object Library" is missing because it has become "MS DAO 3.6 Object Library"
    Thank you again
