hai friend , when i click an folder that is automatically change in to .exe type and when i scan with symantic it is showing -infostealer.yahmali - how can i solve my problem please help any one

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\"ShowSuperHidden" = "0"
