Office 97 Professional, short cut tool bar

My nephew (currently out of town) installed office 2007 professional on my computer Dell XP mutimedia and also installed a shortcut toolbar (on the desktop) for all of the office programs. Last week I noticed that the toolbar had disappeared. I have not been able to reinstall it or figure how he did it. Any help would be appreaciated.

Could you clarify whether you are having problem with Office 2007 or Office 97?

The Office Shortcut Bar is not available in Microsoft Office 2007 or Microsoft Office 2003. However, you can use the Start menu in Microsoft Windows XP to start an Office program or to open a file or a folder. Additionally, you can use the Quick Launch bar in Windows XP or in Microsoft Windows 2000 to start an Office program or to open a file or a folder.

Add an Office Toolbar to the Taskbar

1. To add an Office toolbar to the taskbar, follow these steps:
   
   
2. Right-click an empty area on the taskbar.
   
   
3. Point to Toolbars, and then click New Toolbar.
   
   
4. In the New Toolbar dialog box, locate the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs folder, click the Microsoft Office folder, and then click OK.
