Concern with Outlook Express

I have a mail in my Outlook Express email which, when I clicked opens a window saying: msimn.exe has encountered a problem ....... This message I have on a single mail, others open normally, and this error message when I also want to go to "summary and index of outlook. Could someone tell me how I can do to get rid of this mail.

in your inbox ... in your outbox or ....
your Deleted Items ....?

And when you do a right click it, you can not remove it ..?

when I right click on the mail, which is in the inbox, the error window opens: msimn.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close

I arrived to remove this is how I did:
- Right click on Inbox
- Search
- I typed the address of the sender
- I right click on the address sought when the search was completed and I was able to remove.
