Indeed, CodePlex, the open source laboratory Microsoft, has just published the OpenXML Viewer plugin for Windows and Linux versions of Firefox. The extension directly converts the file in HTML format while retaining the properties editing namely policies writing, pictures, text style, diagrams, tables and hyperlinks.

OpenXML viewer has been developed by MindTree Ltd, a company specializing in research and development of new technologies to the professional world.
