Skip Doctor for repairing CD/DVD

Here I have a lot of CD scratched and so I want to repair it (if possible). Yesterday I saw the test skip doctor. Unfortunately today when I am searching for it on the net I see several different price model:

- Skip Doctor Original
- Skip Doctor Advanced
- Skip Doctor Motorized

Of course some do not have the same head or the same brand. So I would like to know if some of you have one, could give me their opinion and advise me in my choice.

- Skip Doctor Original: the basic version that works with a crank (that used for the test)

- Skip Doctor Advanced: a slightly improved. No great difference if this is a new design and a grip so-called improved. It always works with a crank.

- Motorized Skip Doctor: that the function stack. It is rather handy if you have plenty of discs to repair. Turn the crank as the basic model. but if you want 50 CD or DVD to rehabilitate you risk to spend a moment, and it will soon you drunk.

In short: if you have very few drives then take 1st or 2nd. But if you have a lot of media then take the 3rd to repair.

I use first one for me. Without making a miracle, it works a lot on dirt or scratches surface. Never had the opportunity to test on Media worst affected.
