Prohibits access to bios

hello

I have a Toshiba A100 768 booster that I just knowing that I have added 2GB of RAM. the problem was that my bios options are not available, I think it is crippled me. I ask you how do I get access to all parameters?

Need to change bios? otherwise there is software capable of changed my bios at startup and apply the settings automatically.
