| Software to prohibit access to an external drive.
Good evening! I am going to buy WD (320GB), I would like to know if anyone knows a program that would protect access to the hard disk with a password or other things ... ? I tried to search but I found nothing very conclusive, I was not sure what to put as keywords ... Thank you in advance!  |

One solution is data encryption. For example, in WD, HD Passport (2.5 ") come with Dmailer software, which lets you synchronize data between a computer and the external HD, with encryption of data transmitted over it. |
