Analyzing EVA in MS Project 2007

My numbers:
Baseline: 1631
Actual: 1280,8
EAC: 1383,63

From the attachment:
Earned Value at completion: 1498
Planned Value at completion: 1593
Actual Cost at completion: 1229

What I don't understand is why the PV is not equal to the baseline? And why isn't the EV at completion the same as the PV at completion? All my tasks are set to 100% complete.
Is it just me, or are these numbers kinda strange?
