I have been using Xp for quite Sometimes Now. and have been facing this particular problem for sometimes.Even after completing and saving my work when i try to shutdown my computer. it simply would not shutdown. Then ultimately i have to power it off using main switch on the switch board. can doing this be harmful to my PC? pls provide an alternative solution to it.
