Setting up accounts in MS Outlook

Hello,

I have in my Outlook account. I can also e-mails from my account to retrieve and send. I now even have an account set up for my brother. That I had, I thought, at least, well done. But unfortunately I come from my account is not in my brother. I know it from Outlook Express so that the program asks which account I wish to call. This question seems to be in MS Outlook does not give.

How is it possible that I have a second account, and how do I get it there then?
