Vista windows movie maker problems

I'm having some problems with my windows movie maker, it stopped working a few days ago, I don't know why, I'm pretty sure i haven't been dumb enough to delete it since it's, well, undeletable as to speak (bloody vista),

I've been trying to download another version of movie maker but it just doesn't want to work. It keeps saying i have to "end the other movie maker session before starting a new one". How am I supposed to do that if I cannot delete it?

I'm not very high-tech when it comes to computers and technology so please don't laugh at me.

Does anyone know what I should do? Cos I do really wanna be able to use it again. Movie Maker is a great way to kill time.

Some users have reported similar problems after installing IE7. If this applies to your situation also then may be uninstalling IE7 may be worth
a try. just check here about How to uninstall Internet Explorer 7

Hi,
I also had the same problem with the windows movie maker, quite time back,I uninstalled that movie maker application and reinstalled it, then that problem gone,I suppose some bugs are there in that application.
I suggest you to reinstall that application and check whether it is working fine.

problem remains unsolved. now my internet connection is messing about instead. started going really slow and throws me out and logs me in.

It is driving me insane, needless to say.

Can you get the details of the problem occurring on Vista computer from "Problem Reports and Solutions"?

1. Go to Start and then click on Control Panel.
2. Click on System and Maintenance.
3. Click on Problem Reports and Solutions.
4. In this window, on the left hand side click on View Problem History.
5. Locate the Windows Movie Maker application in the problem list and double
6. click on its entry.
7. Click on "Copy to clipboard" and then paste the information to a reply to
