cannot delete Symantec registry key

I am writing you to help me with a problem. My problem is I have a registry key "KHEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec" and below "KHEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\CCPD"
I have tried to delete:
-in Safe Mode
-modifying permissions
-using RegSeeker
But it wont get deleted.

So do you all have a solution for it?
Is This hiding in a rootkit?
In any case thank you in advance for any help.
