PerfectDisk 7.0 with Windows Vista

I have on my old computer with XP, the Disk Defragmenter program used PerfectDisk 7.0. My new computer running Vista. my problem is that virtually nothing is displayed and you can only puzzle how long the program is still needed.
I would like PerfectDisk 7.0 also exploit fear, though damage.
Has someone experiences?

PerfectDisk 7.0 does not runs under Windows Vista. You must use version 8.0.

Vista defragments extradition in the state disks automatically! Since it needs no more separate programs.
