Live Messenger & Yahoo Messenger Problem, error message 80488d

I have a problem with Windows Live Messenger and Yahoo Messenger, I can not connect to WLM, The following error occurred: you can not connect to WLM because the service is temporarily unavailable. error 80488d
And also same problem for Yahoo Messenger I can not connect. For the two I can not access Yahoo Mail and Hotmail for mail in, but opera can be accessed. The problem occurred after updating IE7 and after installing the updated winXP, and after a update of Antivir to help with. Thank you for any help.

Perhaps it can be blocked by the antivirus programs to prevent from some malicious objects.

more info: if I go into options on Live messenger and connect, it shows that there is no connection with .Net Messenger Service

ok downloaded Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package (x86) and restart your PC and see if it works.
