In general that means the file is damaged. What do you want trying to decompress ?

How many passes with memtest or how long did you test? Which operating system? Does your hard drives are RAID 0? Make a test with prime95 or Orthos to see.

Are you all well in SP1 and all patches with Windows Update? Try the 64 bit (x64) from 7zip if you do not already as fact. What model motherboard? nVidia chipset? Are you well as the latest drivers for your motherboard?
