At Start up CPU Encounters an Illegal Instruction!

Hello,
I am having a problem at startup when my computer start up it gives me a following error :
C:\windows\system32\msupdte.exe
The NTVDM CPU has encounted an illegal instruction
CS:11f1 IP:024e OP:63 72 69 70 74
Choose 'Close' to terminatethe application
can anybody tell me what it is and how to fix this error? thanks for any help.

Have you tried by scanning your computer by using Anti-virus?
Which Anti-Virus you using?

I am using Norton Antivirus. Yes i have scan the hole system but it showing nothing.I face this problem at every start up. please somebody help me .thanks in advance.

msupdte.exe isDangerous High Level Trojan
msupdte.exe is Trojan/Backdoor Access.
My advice is remove msupdte.exe from your computer as soon as possible.
Kill the process msupdte.exe and remove msupdte.exe from Windows startup.

I would uninstall norton then install avast and do a full scan.

Seems Norton even missed your msupdte.exe which is a known malware. It will better if you will use some other antivirus like avast.
