blush Program starts installing then quites

when it try to install (Silkypix in my situation) installer shield wizard will start the bar goes all the way across but then that's it. it doesn't do anything more.No errors or anything.
I have contacted tech support though email but nothing yet in 2 weeks

I had such problem once. Silkypix wouldn’t install.

To get it to install I had to log on as an administrative user. The install then didn’t automatically become available to all users. I had to manually set the user access.

To manage to install it the long way round, like I did, requires a fair degree of knowledge about how your computer works. I wonder how many downloads don’t translate into sales because users fail to successfully install at first try and give up.

P.S: If you have such problem while installing not only Silkypix but other programs also, then I doubt it must be some other issue.

It's only Silkypix I'm having a problem with. I had it installed once but when I wanted to install a newer version it did the same thing. So I uninstalled SP thinking it may help but still the same problem. Now I'm without program.
