When i click turn off to shut off I get end program not responding. It says sprtcmd.net I have no idea what that is or how to fix it. Help

Close all programs before shutting it down. Unfortunately, this is one of the downfalls of having a PC. This happens to many people. There isn't much of a way to fix it unless you end all of the processes that are not responding.

One thing that may help you is to disable all the automatic updates programs, as when they secretly work in the background, it stops the puter from shutting down.
