    unsure DVDs on my computer

    Hey ppl

For some reason I can not play DVDs on my computer. I try to play in WMP, it can read the title, but get just a black screen.

I have this morning downloaded the latest DivX codecs. Do not know if anything more is needed.

EDIT: After having captured a second package with the ones I have sound, but still no picture.

Try to download Media Player Classic. Yes, it is a stand-alone. If it can not handle it, try any other, like VLC...

or ... Before anything else ... have you tried Microsoft's DVD pack? For some mysterious reason, wmp can not play DVDs by default after a fresh installation of XP. I've always had invert retrieve the package.

Which player are you using? Try VLC player. It never has issues playing dvd's ....even avi formats.
