DLL Problem on Windows XP Service Pack 3

After I downloaded Windows XP Service Pack 3, I am having some serious problems on my computer. Initially it became slower which continued for some days. But now whenever I turn on my computer, I get the random DLLs load failure messages. Can anyone help me in anyways?

Did you experienced any problems while installing Service Pack 3? Try to uninstall it and reinstall it again and see if the problem still persists. Also you can go for system restore to a point before installing it just to make sure nothing other than this is creating an issue.

Cause

This happens if one of the following services are not started:

• Automatic Updates
• Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)

Another possibility is that the Automatic Update Policies might be enabled.

Resolution

Download the vbscript available at the bottom and save to Desktop. Double-click to run the file. The script enables both the above services, and removes the Automatic Update restrictions automatically.
