Transforming a DTS sound AC3

My freebox HD does not read MKV files. We must transform them into files. Ts for that.
I use it for Tsmuxer.

Unfortunately, the file ts received is not always viewable at the base if the MKV contains a sound file in DTS: ts obtained the file and transferred to the DD of the Freebox HD has no sound.

For if the file against his MKV is the AC3, it works without problems: The file obtained ts sound and image.

1) How to transform the DTS AC3? The software the easiest way to do it, knowing that I am not a regular in the thing (tsmuxer is very simple what I do)?

2) Once the file AC3 obtained, how to get there. Ts file consisting of its newly created AC3 and video file original MKV? TSmuxer can not do it?
