    KB/M driver issue?

listen to this. I installed a computer for a client, win xp sp3
    i installed it originally with a ps2 kb/m
i bring it in to the office to set it up
    kb/m wont work,
    wireless USB wont work,
    wired usb wont work
    and i had a ps2 ball mouse
    didnt work either
prompt however in windows did come out
"windows has found hardware blah blah blah"
"connect to windows update to search for updates?"
i cant click or do anything
now, understand this, both kb/m work in bios

    What should i do?

you can check for USB emulation under BIOS if u had that option and it should be enabled and u complain about the ps/2 mouse also not working, only way to resolve this is by reinstalling OS,and xp sp3 has lots of problems install sp2 itself...
Everything should be made as simple as possible but not simpler !!!!!!!
