Power Calibration Error In Nero

Hi,
Don't know what is wrong with the system?
I have XP SP3 & I get this error in NERO 8! Power Calibration error is the reason i have wested around 8 DVDs till date!
Any solution?

I hope this will solve the problem!
1. on Desktop click Start
2. select Control Panel
3. click on Administrative Tools
4. click on Services
5. browse your way down to IMAPI CD BURNING COM SERVICE
6. right click (on IMAPI) then select properties
7. in the middle of the window, it will say start up type. Click on the arrow to the right and select disabled.
8. make sure you click APPLY

There is a very trivial connection because IMAPI supports both major writable CDs and DVDs.Try using different brands of quality blank media, most common reason for such error's is cheap blank media or Try burning at lower speeds (Highly effective) to solve the problem in windows vista.There have been isolated instances that this work on DVDs.

Try to burn the disk while your laptop is connected to the wall socket's power output... Also try those methods suggested in the previous post...
