    Windows 2003 R2 - Partition question

Some brilliant past member of our IT team has set our 2003 R2 server up as follows

1 80GB Drive partitioned into the following:
    - 1 8 GB Partition (c:\OS)
    - 1 72 GB Partition (e:\data)

I'm assuming that at the time they never through we'd need more then 8 GB for the OS. We're at a point now where we're running out of space. Is there an easy way to break that partition yet keep all the data? In the end I just want 1 80GB drive, un-partitioned

    TIA,
    Dave
