Functions in Excel

I need a function in Excel to do the following:
I have a cell where It is today. Ex. C5
I have a group of cells where there are numeric data. Ex. [A5 to A10]

I want every time you change any data in a cell and / or group of cells with numbers updating the date and time of the system automatically.

If you use the function TODAY () returns the same date of the current day and is updated each time it recalculates the Excel sheet.
